A2WH stands ready to Help Las Vegas and SNWA with their looming water shortage

XDOBS Air to Water Harvest (A2WH)

Las Vegas is in the middle of a desert.  The SNWA strategic planners have developed a plan which is reasonable but which contains serious flaws.  At the same time the Las Vegas  population is projected to double while the risk of drought is increasing.

As a result Las Vegas and other SNWA consumers could run seriously short of water.

Last Vegas Consumers could get lucky

XDOBS sincerly hopes that the SNWA consumers are not impacted by the flaws in the SNWA 20 year strategic plan and as long as there is not a severe drought then they should be OK.  On the other hand the State of California, Texas and New mexico global warming reports all indicate a higher likelyhood of a larger number of more severe and longer droughts so Las Vegas is fairly likely to see them as well.

Helping Dry cities cope with Global Warming

Cities in dry areas face special challenges growing and meeting the needs of their population.   An inability to meet these needs can have a dramatic effect on property values, jobs and business opportunties.  A2WH is a viable solution which is particularly effective in areas where the city can not easily obtain water from common sources such as recycling, new wells,  desalination, etc.   Read More
